ZOLNEXA ships a mixed range of electronic components and project hardware, from small connectors, sensors, ICs, headers, wiring accessories, and relay modules to development boards, motors, servos, soldering tools, filament, enclosures, and larger motion components. Because these products differ significantly in size, weight, packaging needs, and fulfillment route, shipping arrangements can vary from one order to another.
This policy explains how orders are prepared, what may affect transit, how split shipments are handled, and what information is useful if a package is delayed, damaged, incomplete, or marked delivered but cannot be found.
Order Processing
After an order is submitted, it may pass through payment confirmation, inventory allocation, product picking, configuration verification, packaging, and carrier handoff. Some products require an additional check because similar-looking electronic parts may differ by board version, connector format, memory option, size, voltage-related specification, or bundle contents.
Orders containing both small components and larger equipment may require different packing methods. A parcel containing headers, sensors, and terminal blocks is handled differently from one containing filament, a larger motor assembly, or a linear actuator.
Processing may take longer when inventory requires confirmation, a payment needs review, an address appears incomplete, or products in the same order are stored in different fulfillment locations.
Estimated Shipping Time
Delivery estimates depend on destination, shipping method, fulfillment location, carrier network conditions, customs processing, and local delivery operations. Transit information shown at checkout or after dispatch should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Cross-border shipments may take longer when parcels are held for customs review, transferred between carriers, routed through regional hubs, or delayed by weather, peak-season volume, local service interruptions, or destination-specific procedures.
Tracking may not update immediately after dispatch. Some carriers generate a tracking number before the first physical scan, and some international routes may show limited movement between major checkpoints.
Shipping Address
Please review the shipping information carefully before completing checkout. The recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, region, postal code, and telephone number where required should be complete and accurate.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.
Packages returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, refused, or undeliverable address may require additional review before reshipment or refund options are determined.
Split Shipments
Orders containing several types of products may be divided into more than one package. This can happen when products are stored separately, require different packaging, have different shipping restrictions, or are released from fulfillment at different times.
For example, a development board and sensor kit may travel separately from filament, a larger motor, enclosure, or motion component. Separate tracking numbers may be provided when this occurs.
Receiving one parcel does not necessarily mean that the entire order has been delivered. Please review all tracking information associated with the order before reporting missing contents.
Packaging for Electronic Components
Electronic products may include exposed pins, connectors, circuit boards, terminals, wires, moving parts, housings, or accessories that require protection from movement and impact during transport.
Packaging methods may differ depending on the product. Small boards and modules may be protected with internal wrapping or trays, while motors, tools, filament, or larger hardware may require additional cushioning or separate packaging.
When a package arrives, inspect the exterior and contents before installation whenever possible. If packaging is heavily crushed, punctured, wet, or otherwise damaged, photographs taken before unpacking can be useful for support review.
Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
International shipments may be reviewed by customs or other authorities in the destination country or region. Duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import fees, or other assessments may apply depending on the destination, declared value, shipping method, and product classification.
Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they may be requested separately by a carrier, customs authority, or local service provider. Customs processing can also affect delivery timing.
We do not recommend relying on a specific customs clearance date for time-sensitive projects because clearance procedures are controlled outside the storefront.
Tracking and Carrier Scans
Tracking information reflects carrier scans and may not show every physical movement of a parcel. International shipments can remain unchanged in tracking for a period while moving between facilities, waiting for customs processing, or transferring to a local delivery partner.
A status such as pre-shipment, label created, in transit, customs processing, handed to local carrier, or delivered should be interpreted according to the information supplied by the carrier.
If tracking appears inactive for an unusually long period, contact our support team with your order number so the available shipment information can be reviewed.
Delivery Delays
Delays may result from carrier congestion, customs inspection, weather, transportation disruption, regional holidays, incorrect address information, delivery restrictions, security checks, or local service interruptions.
Some electronics-related parcels may also receive additional handling depending on package contents, destination requirements, or carrier procedures.
If your shipment is delayed, the first available resolution may be to wait for the carrier to complete its investigation or next scan. Where useful, ZOLNEXA may assist by reviewing tracking information or requesting additional carrier details.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not visible, first check the mailbox, parcel locker, porch, reception area, mailroom, building office, household members, neighbors, or other secure delivery locations used by the carrier.
Some delivery scans are completed shortly before the parcel becomes accessible to the recipient, particularly in apartment buildings, shared reception areas, or routes completed in batches.
If the package still cannot be found after reasonable checks, contact us with the order number and tracking information. We may ask you to confirm the delivery address and provide additional information while the carrier record is reviewed.
Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
If an item arrives damaged, missing parts, or visibly different from the ordered configuration, keep the packaging and contact customer support before making further changes to the product.
For boards, modules, sensors, motors, power components, connectors, or other electronic hardware, avoid soldering, cutting wires, applying power, disassembling, or installing the item if you plan to report the issue as an arrival-condition problem.
Helpful photographs may include the outer package, shipping label, internal packaging, full product, board markings, connectors, pins, cables, housing, or damaged area.
For mixed-component orders, please compare the full package contents with the order confirmation before discarding small bags, internal cartons, protective inserts, or accessory packs.
Refused and Returned Packages
Packages may be returned to the sender because of an incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal, customs issues, or failure to collect the parcel from a local facility.
When a returned shipment reaches the relevant fulfillment location, the available next step may depend on the condition of the package, the reason for return, shipping costs already incurred, and whether the customer requests reshipment or another resolution.
Please contact customer support before placing a replacement order if the original parcel is already returning through the carrier network.
